I don’t see a product(s) that I need? Can I submit a partial order?

Yes, you may. At the time of your order you will be allowed to enter any additional product requests using our special ‘Notes’ function. As mentioned, our Online Catalogue is just a sampling of our most popular medical supplies and equipment. In our warehouse, we stock over 20,000 unique products. Even if we don’t have what you need in stock, we’ll find someone who does and get back to you with a price, quantity and delivery estimate ASAP.

 

Why can’t I see an estimate of my shipping costs before I submit my order?

Due to the sensitive nature of shipping medical supplies and equipment, and the varied international destinations, import/export regulations, level of urgency and actual dimensions of the products requested, we find it best quote each order on an individual basis. Thus, once your order is submitted, one of our sales team will send you a shipping quote via return email for your review. At that time you can contact us to modify your delivery method or cancel your order if you are unhappy with the carriage costs or delivery timeframe.

Note: Depending on destination, order size and level of urgency, orders can normally be dispatched within 24 hours using the most economical and reliable methods available. Coupled with our substantial buying power, L.E.West is thus able to offer both keen pricing and cost-effective deliveries to all our clients. Due to our reliance upon 3rd parties (Fed-Ex, DHL, Target, Royal Mail, etc.) to execute our deliveries, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery times. What is the difference between an Administrator (ADMIN) and a User?

The Administrator is usually the main L.E. West account holder who initially registered with L.E. West Online. The Administrator has access to all aspects of the account and can – if they choose – create Sub-User accounts for fellow staff or employees so that they may place orders on their own. Each User will be assigned a unique USER name and password of their choosing that can be entered along with the overall Account Code upon ‘Login’.

The Administrator can change any User’s info, delete a User and/or put a restriction / price limit on the User’s account at any time.

Note: The Administrator is responsible for all orders placed by USERS. So please only set up additional USERS that you can trust not to abuse their online privileges.

Can I get restricted medication without a prescription?

Absolutely not. L.E. West Online customers who order restricted medications and pharmaceuticals must be authorized medical professionals, companies, or distributors who have legal right to obtain, import, resell and/or use restricted medications (POM). Can L E West provide me with a prescription?

No. We are not that kind of pharmacy. Whilst we are more than happy to provide medicine and equipment to accredited medical professionals, chemists, paramedics, retailers, distributors and ship’s stores, we do not generally deal with the general public/individual consumers. What is the minimum order?
