Extrication Device - Kendrick KED™
This extrication device offers superior immobilization for patients with suspected spinal injury, and minimizes the risk of secondary damage.
The wrap around design allows the rescuer to simply immobilize the cervical, thoracic and part of the lumbar region.
The KED is extremely effective when used in cases of rib, hip or pelvic fractures. X-rays may be performed with the KED in place.
